The use of ash or teak shroud rollers is the traditional and proper
way to protect sheets and headsails when tacking and close hauled. Unlike
plastic substitutes, these classics keep rolling.
For the finished rollers the interiors are sealed, while the exteriors are
finished with marine grade spar varnish. These famous rollers are also
available in teak - finished in oil.
Boat length up to 32' - 1 ¼" x 5' fits up to 5/16" wire
Boat length over 32' - 1 ½" x 6' fits up to 7/16" wire
