Pultruded battens are the most commonly used batten and are an economical way of holding sail shape.

• Pultruded Batten Stock. Our pultrusions are manufactured in heavy duty grade only, assuring optimum performance under all conditions.



• Tapered Fiberglass Batten. We are the original and still the best Batten manufacturer of the reasonably priced and high performance tapered fiberglass sail batten. Designed by sailors for sailors and proven under all sailing conditions. All sizes are available from 3/8" width to 2" width to 15" long to 27' and beyond.



• Soft Vinyl End Caps. These caps were designed by us for ultimate pocket protection and we are recommended for use on any batten. May be applied permanently with a drop of super glue. Packed in plastic bag, any quantity.



• Non-tapered Pultruded Carbon Batten Stock. For the full batten, light weight choice.



• Tapered Thermoplastic Carbon Sail Batten. For the sailor that demands light weight with strength.



• Lofting Batten Stock. This stock is offered in the same high quality as our pultruded sail battens. It is smooth to handle and will lay well. Lengths longer than 10' shipped express collect. Available in 1½" x 1½" and 1¼" x 3¼" cross section, up to 40' in length. Ask for other configurations.
